TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapy Practitioner, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
REFLEXOLOGY
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.
ABOUT BOBBI
Bobbi Steinmetz LMT moved here to Tucson from Sedona, AZ in October 2018. She has been practicing her skills and techniques for over 20 years while working in a variety of atmospheres including chiropractic offices, gyms and spas. She started out in Ft Lauderdale, FL by gaining her education at The American Institute of Massage Therapy. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. She combines that notion with her clinical education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. She enjoys focusing on opening up the hips/glutes to relieve sciatica. Reiki Master since 2008, she also offers Deep Tissue, Cupping, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Hydro Therapy and has a knack for relieving headaches.
